Server Specifications:

Processors: Dual 3.0Ghz Dual Core Processors, 4 Cores total running at 667Mhz.
Cache: 4M.
Memory: 4GB, (8x512MB) is installed. System has 8 slots, minimum is 1GB of 2x512GB, maximum is 32GB of 8x4GB Dual Rank Dimms. GIII units have a maximum of 64GB of 8x8GB 667Mhz Dual Rank Dimms.
Hard Drives: 3x250GB SATA Drives installed. System has 6 slots. Minimum drive specification is 73GB for 3.5" units, also takes 146GB, 300GB, 400GB, 500GB, 750GB and 1TB drives in various SAS and SATA configurations. Maximum internal storage is 6TB with 1TB Nearline SAS drives. (Poweredge 2950s come in two types, those with 2.5" hard drives and those with 3.5" hard drives).
